How it works
- The organiser creates the activityTitle, date and time (e.g. “Charity Gala — Sat 14 Nov, 19:30”). A QR code poster is printed for the venue.
- Guests scan and register onceUser name, password, name, e-mail and mobile. One account works for every future activity. Forgot your password? A reset link comes by e-mail.
- Open the activity and shootThe Camera tab opens the phone camera inside the app. Take photos, or switch to video (up to 1 minute). Keep shooting — there is nothing else to press.
- Saved automaticallyEach shot is resized on the phone, uploaded in the background and stored with your name and the exact time. No network? Shots wait on the phone and upload as soon as it's back.
- Everyone enjoys the album liveThe Gallery shows all moments by time (hour by hour) or by person. Tap one to view it full screen, swipe for the next, download or share it.
- Find the photos with youIn “Me”, take one selfie. In any activity tap “With me” to see only the photos your face appears in.

Questions
Who can see the photos?
Only registered users who are logged in. Photos are never public on the internet and never listed by search engines.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It works in the phone's browser. Tip: use “Add to Home Screen” and it opens like a normal app.
How much mobile data does it use?
About 200 KB per photo and roughly 10 MB per minute of video. 100 photos ≈ 20 MB.
Is my selfie stored?
No. Only a mathematical face signature is kept, used to match your face. You can delete it at any time from “Me”.
Can I remove a photo I took?
Yes — open it and tap Delete. The organiser can also remove any photo.
The camera does not open — what now?
Allow camera access when the phone asks. You can always use the “Photo” / “Video ≤ 1 min” buttons under the camera: they open your phone's own camera, and the shots still upload automatically.
